Kathy Thomson
Executive Director
As the Executive Director, Kathy oversees all of the day-to-day operations for both CCDS and Quantum. She has been an integral part of this organization since 1972 starting out as a Case Manager and working throughout the years in the children’s program, service coordination, the business office and most recently she served as the VP of Services.
Kathy has seen many changes take place within our organization and has worked over the years to implement new programs, undergo a key shift in funding, Medicaid audits, and DOL audits, as well as obtain national accreditation for our organization. She holds a degree in Social Work from Armstrong Atlantic State University and in her spare time, she enjoys antique shopping, spending time with her family and traveling.
