INSTRUCTOR
 
CCDS is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to provide direct training of daily living skills, mobility skills, communication skills, and community integration to adults with developmental disabilities.
 
Responsibilities include: Assist adults in all areas of life skills, keep records, type monthly reports, develop and implement individual service plans. Transport persons served to and from CCDS on a daily basis and to community sites using agency vehicles.
 
Qualifications include: Must consent to a background investigation, Motor Vehicle Record check, drug screening, and a valid Georgia’s driver’s license, have a high school diploma and physically be able to lift.
