Community Employment Services (CES) provides employment related services designed to assist adults with
disabilities who choose to obtain and and retain employment in the community.

On and off the job support services include mentoring, modeling, job development, job coaching, ADA counseling
if needed, ongoing evaluation and assessment. Assistive technology is made available when needed and referrals
made when appropriate.
CES staff works closely with individuals to define job placements suited to consumers preferences, needs,
abilities, and strengths. We also work with families and employers throughout employment to create a successful,
productive relationship.
Community Employment (a.k.a. Supported Employment) is defined as paid employment for persons with disabilities who need ongoing support to perform their work. Support may include job development, training, and service coordination.

What sets CCDS apart?
- CCDS Community Employment Services has provided community based job development, training, and support to hundreds of individuals for over 15 years.
- Services are individually tailored to meet specific needs of consumers and employers.
- Short-term supports can be provided as long as they are needed, while long-term support can be provided throughout the duration of employment.
- CCDS is a private, non-profit agency that has provided services to adults with developmental disabilities for more than 25 years.
